چکیده مقاله:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of learning organization on organizational performance through organizational learning through a survey method. The statistical population of the study was 45 people. In order to collect data, Songeh learning organization questionnaire, Watkins learning, and organizational performance questionnaire were used.
The reliability of the three questionnaires was satisfied and their validity was confirmed by the senior managers of the board in Thought room board meetings. In addition to using statistical descriptive statistics, inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model (SEM) were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the learning organization indirectly influences organizational performance through organizational learning. Meanwhile, the relationship between all aspects of learning organization and organizational learning was significant.Therefore, leaders must create a vision that employees follow, a vision of the future of the organization, and is fully challenging and challenging to attract and retain the best and most creative knowledge workers.
